Our Mission

The mission of NAVER Vision Team is to develop machine learning algorithms that understand the visual world around us and apply vision-based user experiences to Naver products.

About Our Team

NAVER/LINE Vision Team is dedicated to researching and developing the latest technologies in various fields, including image classification, object detection, image retrieval, and semantic segmentation, in addition to areas such as multi-modal image search, graph neural networks, and image synthesis.

Our developed technologies have been published as papers in top-tier conferences like CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, and AAAI, and we have achieved numerous awards in challenges hosted by these conferences.

The Vision Team provides core technology for NAVER's Smart Lens, image/video search, and visual commerce services, and also handles image/video search and visual commerce technology for LINE in Japan, Taiwan, and Thailand, contributing to global services.
