Add/improve model card: add pipeline tag, library name, and link to paper/code

This PR improves the model card by adding crucial metadata, including the pipeline_tag (video-text-to-text) and library_name (transformers), which are essential for model discoverability and proper categorization on the Hub. The model card now also clearly links to the paper and the code repository.
