KONI: KISTI Open Neural Intelligence

KONI represents both LLMs and LLM-based techniques developed by Large-scale AI Research Group at KISTI(Korea Institute of Science and Technolgy Information) that focuses on developing and sharing Korean models and datasets. Our contributions include various language models and datasets aimed at advancing Korean natural language processing (NLP) techniques and utilizing science and technology information. By providing these resources, KONI supports researchers and developers to create AI-based applications that effectively understand, analyze and generate Korean Scientific texts.

• [2025.03.20] (Preview) KONI-Llama3.1-8B-R model released (specialized for reasoning tasks).
