Но в последнее время он перестал работать, вводишь текст и ничего не происходит, либо выдает ошибку, либо пишет что занят. Я надеюсь чат не заблокирован и не закрыт. Это можно исправить?

hello, I've been using this chat for more than half a year and this is the best I've seen, I've never seen better than yours. But lately it has stopped working, you enter text and nothing happens, either it gives an error or writes that it is busy. I hope the chat is not blocked or closed. Can this be fixed?
