kudos for swift and precise App!!!
I winder whether you are also tackling the multiple molecules in one picture problem. See attached example.

Thanks for your question! MolScribe is designed for recognizing single-molecule images, but we are indeed working on more complex diagrams with multiple molecules or reactions. In cases such as the example you shared, we have models that first detect the single-molecule sub-images, and then recognize their structures with MolScribe. Please stay tuned.
Meanwhile, we have released a demo for extracting reactions from a diagram (https://huggingface.co/spaces/yujieq/RxnScribe). Please try it if you are interested!
