When I input my token nothing happens. Is it down for others as well?

It still does not work for me, nothing happens when I put my token in.
You are right, it doesn't work if you don't have any models in your account. Sorry about that!
We are working on a fix. Meanwhile, you could try to create a model in your account (you don't have to upload anything, just give it a name), and then you'll see something like this when you reload the Space and paste your token:
Selecting "Other" will allow you to specify any model in the Hub.
