Set to zoom 100, but still downscaled my image.

Hello! I am not sure what you intend to do with setting the zoom to 100. Setting the zoom to 100 will make the zoom copy identical to the image result (the image directly below "Result").
Please take note that the Zoom Image option is there for conveniently comparing the image before and after applying the JPEG artifact removal.
The zoom setting does not affect the quality of the image result.
