Data
The folder studies contains the data used in each study reported in our paper. The label column that is used for predictions is named "Active (Dmax 0.6, pDC50 6.0)" and contains binary values.
The folder processed contains pickled dictionary files used for standardize cell names and to map Uniprot IDs to their amino acid sequences.
