Running on Zero

I wanted to try to simplify my questions.

I'm in over my head with Pytorch. Is it only needed for the animal to human animations or are there other addons that also require it?

If I don't need pytorch, is there a good place to ask how to uninstall pytorch? (I looked at the help thing through the windows command prompt & I have no idea what needs to be uninstalled)
