Kolors-Virtual-Try-On - commercial (business) AP request for non-chinese speakers

by Victor2323 - opened

Dear Kolors-Virtual-Try-On project team,
I am reaching out regarding the repository hosted on Hugging Face. I've noticed that the public API has been discontinued, and I am interested in utilizing this technology in a production environment.
Upon visiting the official website (https://klingai.kuaishou.com/), I encountered several challenges:

The content is entirely in Chinese, which makes navigation difficult for non-Chinese speakers.
The registration process requires a Chinese phone number, making it impossible for international users to sign up.

Given these circumstances, I would like to request guidance on how to proceed in order to obtain access to the commercial (business) API for this project. I am particularly interested in:

-Information about licensing and associated costs.
-Technical documentation for integration.
-Support for international users.

I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to receiving instructions on how to proceed with this request.
Thank you for your time and consideration.

Hi thank you for responding. Do you have a timeline on the commercial API?

so.. you won't publish the model and make them open-source?

so.. you won't publish the model and make them open-source?

Open-source is really a good idea to benefit more users and applications. Virtual try-on is actually an AI solution with several models and services instead of a single large model. Therefore, a complete open released virtual try-on solution is quite complicated to maintain, and Kolors Virtual Try-on is still under upgrading and is not a stable version yet. By contrast, an API solution is much easier to provide at this time, and in the future a open source solution as a stable version may be a choice.

Free API test is OK in limited request times.
For reliable service, GPU resources and data privacy, the commercial API in Kling.AI is a better choice.

ok sorry didnt check clearly, i found. but in my opinion those packages are too expensive. especially for photo/virtual-try-on. other services provides pay per use services which is more convient. but anyway thanks

Hello,
I have startup that will be much better with your service
But unfortunately $0.07 is a lot of money for each image
Since our services are mostly free, we have to pay more than a thousand dollars a day after advertising with these costs, which is a very large amount for a startup.
Is there a way to control these costs?

The cost for commercial services with Large AIGC Model mainly comes from the cost of GPU resources, even though the inference optimization has been already done. Nowadays, the high performance GPU is even more worth than gold. It is indeed necessary to control the cost and it is also important to try hard to get more investment to provide leading products for customers.

Will there be applications without having to use APIs? Can I use in https://klingai.com?

I am really interested in applying to API but I do not see the "Apply to API" in the bottom left of my screen. (Screenshot attached)

Is applying to API limited to specific people? Or did you discontinue applications already?

They added api function to Chinese version if site yesterday. without needed to ask for a permission. I guess will be available for en version soon too.
But the price they are asking for virtual try on starting from 2k$/monthly package with 0.05$ per 1run or so. I don't understand why so high price when it's running on CPU on spaces

Sign in https://klingai.com/ and click on the upper right for API calls. You will see "Virtual Try-on" API packages.
