unpinned version of requirements.txt

Do you mind renaming https://huggingface.co/spaces/AccelerationConsortium/cobot280pi-gradio/blob/main/requirements.txt to requirements-pinned.txt or similar and updating requirements.txt with only the necessary unpinned dependencies? At a glance, it looks like:
gradio
paho-mqtt
namesgenerator
pillow
Maybe I'm missing some.
fixed in latest push. most other packages were either dependencies or default python packages, so i was able to remove them from the requirements.txt entirely.
