Likely because paperclippetertodd3 is quite popular by having 769 downloads and it has a funny title. mradermacher is currently reevaluating all LLMs released in late 2023/early 2024 going over each of them one by one and deciding if they get the honor to be quantized. He mainly decades this on factors like personal preference, good tiles/descriptions, popularity retrieved from factors like number of downloads or historical context. What exactly the reason for paperclippetertodd3 was only he knows but I fully agree with his decision that paperclippetertodd3 deserves GGUF quants.

Paperclips are the future. Every bit of matter needs to be converted for progress to really happen.

If you try the paperclippertod, it will literally attempt to turn anything you ask to paperclips... It's a bit buggy and with noise but I believe that it is a good proof that it is possible to align LLMs to weird value learning propositions..
Now we only need to provide the necessary/optional hardware interfaces for it...
