I recommend you raise this point on the original model under https://huggingface.co/chuanli11/Llama-3.2-3B-Instruct-uncensored. mradermacher is just creating GGUF quants. The Llalam 3.2 models are still very new so maybe just wait a few days for better uncensored versions to get released or train one yourself which given the model size should be possible on every consumer GPU. You could do an uncensored finetune yourself using axolotl and the uncensor dataset.
