I got rejected to with a message on the model page saying "You need to agree to share your contact information to access this model" but no link nor clue as to where I can do that.

I have requested access to the repo for usage and was rejected. Is there some reason as to why? Is there an appeal process?

TL;DR - Use a longer distinct name for 'Affiliation'. Generic names like 'Independent' won't work.
