Hello Hugging Face Team,

I am a junior student at NYU, studying computer science and mathematics. I applied for access to Llama-3.1-8B, but my request was rejected. Could you clarify the reason and let me know if I can reapply? I hope to use it for ML research and experiments. Any guidance would be appreciated.
