rclone_osanpo.conf は別所で配布したものを利用できます

rclone --config rclone_osanpo.conf mount osanpo: マウント先ディレクトリ

たとえば J: にマウントしたい場合は

rclone --config rclone_osanpo.conf mount osanpo: J:
