Differences in comparison with granite-7b-lab

What are the differences of this version when compared against granite-7b-lab? This one seems to be using the same model card. Is the context window size the same ?

Granite-7b-lab is a base model, you can't chat with it like chatgpt, this instruct one means it can handle conversion and talk with you like a chatgpt
