Difference from 3.x?

Just curious the difference in this and 3.x since the dates imply this came later.
Different target or just the nature of a WIP?
( oh and thanks for what you do .. this isn't a complaint or demand or anything, like so many people do around here, i was was wondering )
Hi. V2.01 is an merge of V2.0 and SDXL Turbo, but it is not a true Turbo model, it is some kind of hybrid. The situation is the same with V1.01.
