can't be downloaded

just fyi, at least one file of this repo can't be downloaded (model-00023-of-00029.safetensors, 403 forbidden). in my experience, this is an unfixable error on huggingfaces side, and the only way to fix it is to delete and re-upload (either the file or the whole repo).
