MultiControlnet?

Is it possible to use this as a multicontrolnet with the depth result? One problem I'm having here is it looks like the canny controlnet needs it's own image processor which is called SD3CannyImageProcessor in this example. That same image processor does not work for the depth map. However, my understanding is both controlnets will use the same image processor. Any thoughts? If anyone has an example of a working multicontrolnet for sd3.5 that uses canny and depth that would be awesome!
