Starting today, manual verification is officially required for all new users on UltimaX Intelligence. The platform remains free, and the mission is unchanged:

AI should be accessible to everyone, rich or poor. Without discrimination.

The change is not to restrict access but to protect the service and ensure that real people who truly need AI can continue to use it reliably.

How to verify

1. Send an email to [email protected]
2. Use a professional subject and explain clearly how UltimaX Intelligence will be used.
3. Leave a short ping in the Spaces discussion to confirm the email has been sent. This ensures the request is noticed, as emails are not always checked immediately.
4. I will reply to your email with a temporary account will be created and provided, which can be updated after the first login.

Why verification is necessary

• Automated registrations have been generating fake accounts and draining server resources, which are paid and limited (non-Pollinations).
• Manual review helps identify people who genuinely need AI for research, learning, development or personal growth.
• Spam account creation has become a frequent issue, often by users who ignore the Terms of Use.
• It also helps reduce unhealthy usage patterns from those who may overuse. Including :
  • Filtering random or anonymous users who consume tokens for unclear purposes. This involves costs, including significant server maintenance expenses.
  • Listing and prioritizing individuals who genuinely need assistance with AI.
  • Blocking anonymous users who create spam accounts, since many do not read even a small part of the "Terms of Use".
  • Limiting access for individuals showing signs of AI overuse or general internet addiction.

Important note

This verification process applies only to OpenWebUI version (primary). If anonymous usage is preferred, the Gradio version (with certain model limitations) remains available without registration need.

Benefits for verified users

• Accounts are preserved and will not be lost. When the Space is rebuilt or restarted, the account will be restored immediately.
