Then they actually came to my room nocking on the door and asking what time I intend to check out. I came late night with my wife and try to get lift to my room. He stop the lift and asked me straight away ""is she staying with me ?? "" That was rude behaviour and I felt like discrimination. He spot it my wife and aske this question. Why ?? Is he think that always boys taken girls to the room ?????? He have an option for ask our room number first and check who is staying with me .. but he wasn't try that way. I was felt really bad on this behaviour. Apart from that all staffs were good and help full.. specially I have to mention one staff forget her name but her name start with ""Mini"" she was very helpful and patience. I hope I will come back soon"

The breakfast could have been slightly better, the drinks were not chilled enough, the food was great but not excellent. At least one of the front staff does not treat you like you are in a 5-star establishment, was a little rude and lied about the check in time. The TV in my room did not work and I had to spend the first hour waiting for it to be fixed when I just wanted to unwind and relax.

Overall, not too many regrets but I would take my money somewhere else where I get a much more luxurious experience for the same price."

We were staying on the sixth floor, we got a good view from our window towards the Vijaya forum mall nearby.

We booked our stay with breakfast, though there weren't a wide variety of options available, the items on the menu were quite balanced and very delicious. We really enjoyed our breakfast and even looked forward to it, to begin our every day with. The food ordered at room-service was also very delicious.

There were separate sitting areas at each floor near the elevator. There is also an extra sitting area on the second floor for the residents, which looks very nice.

The laundary service is also quite affordable with quick delivery times.

Thank you for taking the time to fill in our...","The staffs and the manager had been very arrogant and did not try to address our issues, and kept talking about payment only and said booking.com is a online unsecured booking website and we did not take payment from guest through the website so we need you to make payment every day night before 10pm  so they kept asking us to make the payment only ( at night 10.10pm the manager called our mobile number about our review )rather than addressing the issue immediately also the manager Mr Vijay spoke arrogantly and did not even for a courtesy come and check the room aircondition which was leaking water the whole night and i slept sweating the whole night and also the cleanliness of the hotel bathroom sucks. I have stayed here for more than 11 times in this 7months of 2022 and everytime I have faced aircondition problem,they have simply changed our rooms for us every time we travel down and stay here rather than fixing the Aircon,. this time the new manager Mr Vijay did not even call to apologise for the issues, and just blamed us as customer and said he wouldn't take our booking  this is not a way to talk to a guest who arrived from Singapore, definitely this person isn't supposed to be a manager as he doesnt even know to handle or communicate to a customer at any means.not worth the money to stay here. Definitely not a star rating."
