| I was supposed to stay only for 2 nights, and move to another hotel. However I was very happy with the hotel and decided to extend my stay in the same hotel. I stayed in the suite, very spacious room with a living room in it as well, suitable for family with kids as there is ample of space. The manager Mr Ravi and Mr Anand (i think, cant recall exactly) were very kind and flexible in managing my request. Mr Hari's hospitality is simply amazing, he really makes one feel at home with his warm and charming personality. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would highly recommend this place.","What could be improved is the breakfast variety. They have vada, idli, dosa, upma, bread butter jam etc coffee tea fruit juice. Good to have different variety on different days." | |

He also took the initiative to bring one of my luggage out from the room behind the reception counter on my last day. | |

| 4) The security guards, Mr Sreethar was genuinely kind to extend his help with my bags and another pleasant person to speak with daily. The night guard suggested a place for dinner which is less than 5 minutes away from the hotel, which sold really yummy dosas. A must try! | |

| I hope the management recognises the staff mentioned especially as they went beyond to help a single female traveller.","1) I had turned on the make my room button on Thursday, Rajesh did the room perfectly, at night another housekeeper rang the room bell to ask the room to be cleaned, when checked the make my room button was not on at all. Because I was a lone female traveller, it was a bit worrying. | |
| 2) On Wednesday, Rajesh the housekeeper was not around, i decided to stay in to sleep more, the make my room button was not on but housekeeper knocked the door to ask if i wanted the room to be made in the morning. | |

| 4) On my last day, i had 2 luggages, there were 2 front counter male staff at the reception but none had initiative to ask if i needed help. Could have been forthcoming. | |
