The room was dirty, the curtains, even the doors has some splotches, the walls, the carpet, were dirty almost like a motel. I think they gave me a room but didn't bother to check if it was clean or not. Plus it had an attached door to other room that rattled at night and you could clearly hear all activities of the next room. Over all bad experience.. Now I feel that Indian ASR properties are terribly maintained and shouldn't have 4 star status and the staff needs to stop doing a shoddy job of maintaining the hotel. | |

| Niranjan,India,Couple,Studio Deluxe,January 2023,1 night ·,Reviewed: 10 January 2023,I will not come again,Nothing,Property response:,Thank you for sharing your experience at Citadines OMR...,The check in done by scanning a QR code and you have to enter every person details is a difficult task.If you and your wife and kids are staying you have to enter all details for each family member individually even though it’s the same for all of them.Generally when I reach the place I expect a quick check in and not keep filling up forms again and again.Second when I entered the room it was too small and not like the other hotels in the same road where you get a bigger room for the same charge.The other main shock I had when I saw a bubble top in the room.You have to use the bubble top to get water to drink and no bottles or glass jugs were missing.I have a habit of drinking water in the middle of the night and I have to get up and go to the bubble top to fill my glass and drink water.Didn’t expect this from a hotel of this category.Food taste was very average when I ordered dinner and also the breakfast spread was not satisfactory and had less choices comparing to the other hotels in the same category and price range.Staff was not flexible to help a guest in case of check in or check out.There soap dispensers in the bathroom was not working and there was no alternative soap or shampoo to use.Overall the hotel is following cost cutting at the expense of the guests having a bad experience. | |
