But, maintainance is so low that they dont arrange atleast tissue in the washroom without requesting🤣 the house keeping guys and restaurant service guys are very very arrogant in nature. I felt they might not be getting their salaries in time 🤣Apart from jokes, my experience with room is like we opted for 24 hours but stayed just 18 hours and left even afyer paying whole amount , because it's not appealing. Restaurant manager is also not that responsive to complaints. For order of 6 dishes, they provided just one spoon as cutlery even after requesting multiple times and service guy or mamager doesn't feel bad for that situation and doesn't even really feel sorry for it. Over to it, they defend themselves.Am writing in specific because, I had that worst experience with their service. The landline provided won't work in the room. The electric kettle provided will not work. Such a messy choice we made opting this hotel. Only reason we opted is we need to stay in that area specifically for one day. But couldn't had peaceful stay.Only pro of staying there is view from common balcony. Farms are visible and that view was heart-throbbing.The complimentary breakfast has very very limited spread as buffet and it's not that appreciable. But yeah, provided items tasted better.Also ordered food from restaurant tasted "" just ok to above average"" range.But as we waited for longggg time to recieve spoons , we couldn't have it hot. Also we got to have everything served with hands as cutlery was not provided , and we were hungry, tired and waited already for 40 min .Rooms: Spacious but nothing is arranged without requesting multiple times. Only drinking water is arranged as soon as we asked for.Nearby activities: Undavilli , mangalarigiri etc are there to visit.Safety: Yes. Veg soft noodles was okish.Come dinner, problem continued with some drilling work, faint noise, let it be and ordered dinner at 8.10pm. Waited and called after a while, still preparing. Called again at around 9.10pm asking for the order, delayed. Food came around 9.25pm. Cold. Not sure what went wrong, I assumed it was a rush time for them, may be too many orders, we were all hungry with my 10yr old daughter super hungry, went ahead and just accepted what was in front of us. However, I did go and talk to the restaurant person for poor food today and the cold serving. They too said the same, they were super busy, not one second to spare. Is that good enough reason to serve cold? I guess no, at least microwave it and serve hot, isn’t it?Day 3We wake up to some big drill sounds right above our heads. It was terrible. Like loud loud machines in our heads. My wife trying to study for her exam, my daughter with cough and cold. Was super difficult to bear it. Called the reception about it and at the first call they said they would immediately stop it. Waited for 5 mins. Did not stop, called back. This time they said it’ll take 30 mins. To which I did not agree and asked them to stop it immediately, we needed some quite space. Again they asked for 15 mins, I said, fine. 15 mins up, drilling did not stop, out of patience called them again, this time they offered us to give us a room one floor lower. I did not accept that for 2 reasons, one, we already were unpacked so much, it was a task to pack and move again. Second, going one floor down wouldn’t really had made any difference with the decibel amount of noise it was. When asked what was the construction work about they said, it was some water leak. We asked if they could stop until we leave in 15th sand then they could start, they said yes, but still, continued with the drill work.Not my wife with already a head ache couldn’t take it further and called why are they agreeing to what we said and still continued with the drill work. They again said it’ll take 15mins until it’s over. I could not accept this at this point of time after so much of discussion and went down to the reception to speak to the manager.The manager wasn’t available there and I demanded he come speak about the issue. He came and then he said there was some issue with some pillar falling down and they are fixing it, I was shocked! Pillar? Falling down? I asked why wasn’t this told earlier. They said, it was an emergency. Emergency? Really? Then while they started the work, why did not they feel it was important for the guest to know there is an emergency and will need to shift people. Where was their safety protocol? They again said because it was an emergency they could not do anything. Really? So much staff around and they aren’t really fixing it, there were some other people doing the labour work, it the staff were conscious and concerned enough they would have done something about the situation. Bad use when I was finding out about the situation this lady said ‘ It’s and emergency air, pillar is falling down, what if the building collapsed?’So when they were afraid about the building collapsing, what about the guests? And this lady was hurt bad, with her ego. I saw that clearly, accounting to the behaviour and the safety of the building, I immediately vacated the premises.
