Mouth and eyes not moving / movement not applied to the face

Hello,

As my GPU is not powerful enough to use SadTalker on my own, I've found thesespaces where I can use it.
However, I got an issue where the movement is applied to the top left corner while it should be on the face. Do you know where it could come from ? Maybe it's my picture whihc is not supported ?
