Improve model card: Add pipeline tag, library name, license, and paper abstract

This PR enhances the model card by adding important metadata and enriching its content:
- Metadata: Added
pipeline_tag: audio-to-audio,library_name: dualcodec, andlicense: apache-2.0for improved discoverability and information clarity on the Hugging Face Hub. - Content: The paper's abstract has been included to provide a concise overview of the model. A direct link to the paper on Hugging Face (https://huggingface.co/papers/2505.13000) is also added for easy access.
The existing detailed usage instructions, links to the GitHub repository and demo page are preserved.
Are you sure the model weights are licensed as Apache 2.0?
If they used the original Emilia dataset it would have a non-commercial clause.
