 Definitions
1. "Licensor" refers to the creator and copyright holder of the Model(s), identified by the pseudonym or identifier used in this license.
2. "Model(s)" refers to the AI voice model(s) covered by this license, as created and provided by the Licensor.
3. "Use" means to utilize the Model(s) for any purpose, including but not limited to generating voice outputs.
4. "Redistribute" means to make the Model(s) available to any third party through any means.
5. "Modify" means to alter, adapt, or create derivative works from the Model(s).

 License Terms

1. Grant of License: Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, the Licensor hereby grants you a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use the Model(s) for any purpose, commercial or non-commercial.

2. Attribution Requirement: You must give appropriate credit to the Licensor in any work, product, or service that uses or is derived from the Model(s). This credit should include the identifier of the specific Model used and a link to its original source where applicable. Specifically:
   a. For video content: The Licensor's identifier must be mentioned verbally in the video, or the credit must appear near the top of the video's description, stating that the Model created the voice.
   b. For text content: A brief mention of the Licensor's identifier must be included in the text.
   c. Alternative forms of attribution may be used if explicitly approved by the Licensor in writing.

3. Redistribution Restriction: You may not redistribute or make the Model(s) available to third parties in any form without explicit written permission from the Licensor.

4. Modification Prohibition: You are not allowed to modify the Model(s) in any way. The Model(s) must be used as provided.

5. Responsibility and Liability: 
   a. You are solely responsible for any content, outputs, or consequences resulting from your use of the Model(s). 
   b. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor disclaims all liability for any outcomes, damages, or losses arising from the use of the Model(s), including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages.

6. No Warranty: The Model(s) are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Licensor explicitly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You acknowledge that the use of the Model(s) is at your own risk.

7. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Licensor from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting from or relating to:
   a. Your use of the Model(s);
   b. Any content you generate using the Model(s);
   c. Your violation of this License; or
   d. Your violation of any rights of another.

8. Updates and Versions: This License applies to the Model(s) in their current form and to any updates, new versions, or modifications of the Model(s) provided by the Licensor, unless a separate license is provided with such updates, new versions, or modifications.

9. Severability: If any provision of this License is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the other provisions will remain in full force and effect.

10. Termination: 
    a. This License automatically terminates if you fail to comply with any of its terms and conditions. 
    b. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Model(s) and destroy all copies in your possession.
    c. The Licensor reserves the right to terminate this License at any time for any reason by providing notice to you or by publicly announcing the termination.

11. Governing Law: This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Entire Agreement: This License constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Licensor with respect to the use of the Model(s) and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and the Licensor.

By using the Model(s), you agree to be bound by the terms of this License. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not permitted to use, download, or access the Model(s) in any way.
