Preamble:
This license incorporates and respects the terms of the Creative ML OpenRAIL-M license under which the Stable Diffusion 1.5 model is released. It aims to extend the ethical use and innovation encouraged by the original license while specifying additional restrictions as per the creator's requirements.

License Grant

Usage and Restrictions:

Per OpenRAIL-M and Additional Terms: The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use Aardvark 2024 Photography ("the Model") under the terms of the Creative ML OpenRAIL-M license, with additional restrictions as follows:

Modification, merging, sublicensing, distributing, and/or selling of the Model are expressly prohibited.

The creation of derivative works is limited to Generated Content. The direct or indirect modification or reverse engineering of the Model's code, structure, or training data is not permitted.

The Licensee accepts all responsibility for the Generated Content and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Licensor from any claims arising from the use of Generated Content.

Ethical Use:

Consistent with the principles of the OpenRAIL-M license, the Licensee agrees to use the Model in a manner that is ethical, respects privacy, and does not contribute to harm against individuals or groups.

Acknowledgment of Sources:

The Model is based on images and public datasets collected and trained by their respective inventors. The Licensee acknowledges these sources and commits to adhering to the ethical standards set by them.

No Warranty and Termination: As per the original draft, with the addition that the terms of the OpenRAIL-M license regarding warranty and termination are respected.

General: This license, governed by the laws of Wyoming, incorporates by reference the OpenRAIL-M license's requirements and does not waive any term that is unwaivable under that license. Alterations to this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
