+Terjesztés:
+A SZOFTVERTERMÉK nem adható el, illetve nem mellékelhető olyan termékhez vagy csomaghoz, amely a SZOFTVERTERMÉK hozzáadásával kíván előnyökhöz jutni, a fejlesztő előzetes engedélye nélkül. A SZOFTVERTERMÉK bármilyen ingyenes vagy nonprofit csomagba, vagy termékbe beleintegrálható, feltéve, hogy a terjesztés megfelel a jelen EULA feltételeinek.

+3. SZERZŐI JOG:

+5. KORLÁTOZOTT GARANCIA:
+NINCS GARANCIA: A szoftver készítője kifejezetten elutasítja a szoftvertermék garanciáját. A szoftvertermék és bármely kapcsolódó dokumentáció "ahogy van", mindenféle garancia nélkül kerül kiadásra, vagy kifejezett vagy hallgatólagos, ideértve többek között a vélelmezett szavatosságot vagy értékesíthetőséget, egy adott célra való alkalmasságot, vagy a nem jogsértő magatartást. A SZOFTVERTERMÉK használatából, vagy működtetéséből eredő teljes kockázat a felhasználót terheli.

+6. NINCS KÁRTÉRÍTÉSI FELELŐSSÉG:
+A jelen szoftver fejlesztője semmilyen esetben sem vállal felelősséget a termék használatából eredő bárminemű kárért (beleértve, de nem kizárólagosan, az üzleti nyereség elmaradásából, az üzletmenet megszakításából, az üzleti információk elvesztéséből vagy bármely más vagyoni veszteségből eredő károkat), még akkor sem, ha a jelen szoftver fejlesztőjét tájékoztatták az ilyen károk lehetőségéről. +Настоящее лицензионное соглашение (далее "соглашение") является юридическим документом, заключаемым между Вами (физическим или юридическим лицом, далее "Пользователь") и Морозовым Ильёй Витальевичем (далее "Автор") относительно программного продукта "Балаболка" (далее "программа" или "программное обеспечение"), включающего в себя программное обеспечение, представленное на веб-сайте "Автора", любые печатные материалы и любую "встроенную" или электронную документацию. Устанавливая, копируя или иным образом используя программу, Вы тем самым принимаете на себя условия настоящего соглашения. Если Вы не принимаете условий данного соглашения, то Вы не имеете права использовать данную программу и её следует незамедлительно деинсталлировать.

+Настоящее соглашение дает вам нижеследующие права:

Запрещается использование программы в суворовских военных училищах, нахимовских военно-морских училищах, кадетских корпусах, кадетских классах образовательных учреждений. Запрещается использование программного продукта на компьютерах, принадлежащих "Всероссийскому ордена Трудового Красного Знамени обществу слепых", "Общероссийскому народному фронту", российскому движению детей и молодёжи "Движение первых" и всероссийскому молодёжному военно-патриотическому общественному движению "Юнармия". Запрещается использование программного продукта Общественной палатой РФ и региональными общественными палатами. Запрещается применение программного продукта российскими средствами массовой информации и коммуникации. Запрещается использование программы на компьютерах, находящихся в личном пользовании членов и сотрудников вышеперечисленных организаций, а также членов их семей. Запрещается использование программного продукта на территории Государства Эритрия, Исламской Республики Иран, Корейской Народно-Демократической Республики, Республики Беларусь, Республики Куба, Республики Никарагуа, Сирийской Арабской Республики, Чеченской Республики, а также на территории полуострова Крым.
+2.2. Ограничения на вскрытие технологии, декомпиляцию и дизассемблирование. Не разрешается осуществлять вскрытие технологии, декомпиляцию и дизассемблирование программы, за исключением и только в той степени, в которой такие действия явно разрешены действующим законодательством, несмотря на наличие в соглашении данного ограничения.
+2.3. Услуги по технической поддержке. Автор оказывает услуги по технической поддержке программного продукта (далее "услуги по технической поддержке"). Обращение к Автору за технической поддержкой осуществляется по адресу электронной почты, указанному на веб-сайте программы. Технические данные, которые сообщаются службе технической поддержки в ходе обращения, могут быть использованы Автором для внутренних целей, включая техническую поддержку программных продуктов и разработку программного обеспечения. Автор не будет использовать данные сведения в форме, раскрывающей ваши личные сведения.
+2.4. Прекращение действия соглашения. Без ущерба для любых других своих прав Автор может прекратить действие настоящего соглашения при несоблюдении условий и ограничений данного соглашения, что обяжет вас уничтожить все имеющиеся копии и составляющие части программы.
+2.5. Изменение соглашения. Автор оставляет за собой право в дальнейшем изменять условия данного лицензионного соглашения.

+Právo inštalácie a používania. Môžete nainštalovať a používať neobmedzený počet kópií SOFTVÉROVÉHO PRODUKTU.

+Právo reprodukcie a distribúcie: SOFTVÉROVÝ PRODUKT smiete reprodukovať a distribuovať v neobmedzenom počte kópií, a to za predpokladu, že každá kópia je úplná a pravá a zahŕňa všetky autorské práva a ochranné známky, vrátane priloženej kópie tejto zmluvy EULA. Kópie SOFTVÉROVÉHO PRODUKTU môžete distribuovať ako samostatný produkt alebo ako súčasť svojho vlastného produktu.

+2. INFORMÁCIE O ĎALŠÍCH PRÁVACH A OBMEDZENIACH:
+Obmedzenia vzťahujúce sa na reverzné inžinierstvo, dekompiláciu a dekódovanie:
+Nemáte dovolené vykonávať spätnú analýzu, dekompiláciu alebo dekódovanie SOFTVÉROVÉHO PRODUKTU. Bez ohľadu na toto obmedzenie môžete také činnosti vykonávať, pokiaľ sú výslovne povolené príslušnými platnými právnymi predpismi a to len v rozsahu, v akom sa povoľujú.

+Separácia komponentov:
+SOFTVÉROVÝ PRODUKT je vám poskytovaný na základe licencie ako jediný produkt. Jeho jednotlivé komponenty nemožno oddelene používať na viac než jednom počítači bez predchádzajúceho povolenia od „autora“.
+
+Prevod softvéru:
+Všetky svoje práva vyplývajúce z tejto zmluvy EULA môžete trvale previesť na nového nadobúdateľa, pokiaľ tento súhlasí s podmienkami tejto zmluvy EULA.
+
+Ukončenie zmluvy:
+Pokiaľ porušíte niektorú z podmienok stanovených touto zmluvou EULA, má „autor“ tohto „softvéru“ právo ukončiť platnosť tejto zmluvy EULA bez toho, aby tým boli dotknuté akékoľvek iné práva. V takom prípade musíte zničiť všetky kópie SOFTVÉROVÉHO PRODUKTU a všetkých jeho komponentov.

+Distribúcia:
+SOFTVÉROVÝ PRODUKT nesmie byť predaný ako súčasť iného produktu alebo balenia alebo k nim byť pripojený, pokiaľ by účelom začlenenia SOFTVÉROVÉHO PRODUKTU bolo zvýhodnenie iného produktu, bez predchádzajúceho výslovného povolenia „autora“. SOFTVÉROVÝ PRODUKT môže byť súčasťou akéhokoľvek balenia distribuovaného zadarmo alebo neziskovou formou v súlade s podmienkami tejto zmluvy EULA.

+3. AUTORSKÉ PRÁVO:
+Všetky vlastnícke a autorské práva vzťahujúce sa k SOFTVÉROVÉMU PRODUKTU (vrátane akýchkoľvek obrázkov, animácií, audia, textov a „apletov“ obsiahnutých v SOFTVÉROVOM PRODUKTE), k sprievodným tlačeným materiálom a k akýmkoľvek kópiám SOFTVÉROVÉHO PRODUKTU sú majetkom „autora“ tohto „softvéru“. SOFTVÉROVÝ PRODUKT je chránený autorským právom a medzinárodnými dohodami. So SOFTVÉROVÝM PRODUKTOM je teda treba zachádzať ako s akýmkoľvek iným materiálom chráneným autorským právom a je možné ho inštalovať do jediného počítača s tým, že si originál môžete uchovať výlučne pre účely zálohovania alebo archivácie.

+4. RÔZNE USTANOVENIA:
+V prípade akýchkoľvek dotazov týkajúcich sa tejto zmluvy EULA alebo v prípade potreby kontaktovať „autora“ tohto „softvéru“ z akéhokoľvek dôvodu použite e-mailovú adresu „autora“ uvedenú na začiatku tejto zmluvy EULA.

+5. OBMEDZENÁ ZÁRUKA:
+ODMIETNUTIE ZÁRUKY: „Autor“ tohto „softvéru“ výslovne odmieta akúkoľvek záruku na tento SOFTVÉROVÝ PRODUKT. SOFTVÉROVÝ PRODUKT a všetky súvisiace dokumentácie sú poskytované „tak, ako sú,“ a bez z��ruky akéhokoľvek druhu, nech už výslovne vyjadrenej, alebo predpokladanej, okrem iného vrátane odvodených záruk vzťahujúcich sa k predajnosti a vhodnosti pre určitý účel alebo záruk neporušenia práv tretích strán. Za všetky riziká vyplývajúce z používania alebo funkčnosti SOFTVÉROVÉHO PRODUKTU nesie zodpovednosť používateľ.

+6. OBMEDZENIE ZODPOVEDNOSTI ZA ŠKODY:
+„Autor“ tohto „softvéru“ nenesie v žiadnom prípade zodpovednosť za akékoľvek škody (vrátane zodpovednosti za ušlý zisk, prerušenie obchodnej činnosti, straty obchodných príležitostí alebo akejkoľvek inej finančnej straty) vyplývajúce z použitia alebo nemožnosti použitia tohto produktu, a to i v prípade, že bol „autor“ tohto „softvéru“ na možnosť vzniku takých škôd upozornený. Vzhľadom k tomu, že niektoré štáty a jurisdikcie neumožňujú vylúčenie alebo obmedzenie zodpovednosti, vyššie uvedené obmedzenia sa na vás nemusia vzťahovať.
