Tiger Gemma 9B v2 will be the base model for future Drummer tunes.

## Intentions
- Decensor more questions
- Prevent hard refusals consistently
- Mitigate any lobotomy
- Retain the tone over morality
- Retain Gemma's way of writing

## Impressions
- Successfully decensored more questions
- Successfully prevented hard refusals
- Probably somewhat lobotomized
- Did not retain morality tone
