Rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. All other facilities were provided inside the room. Buffet breakfast is a good option. Property is located in a prominent area where we can access necessary shops and services. Reception staff was very welcoming and hospitable.",As we were coming from other country we needed some support from hotel staff for money exchanging and taxi booking. But they weren’t well aware of it. In some other hotels they had money exchanging agents and drivers contacts. So they come to the hotel and helped. Here we didn’t get that facility. Also the airport drop off facility is mentioned in the booking page but it was not provided in the hotel. These are minor shortcomings to be improved.

Good location and definitely value for the money. The staff are very polite and friendly.. Though the breakfast is prepacked bought out item, still it is not bad and the taste is okay.","Because the hotel is new lots of teething issues like back up generator not installed and during power cut we used stay without power (no AC, fan etc..), also still no internet connection (we stayed three days but no internet they said cable is cut tomorrow we will get the internet ready but nothing happened fir three days).. Breakfast was available from 8.30 am only.. Usually every where the breakfast fast will be available from 7 or 7.30 am.onwards... No restaurant and no room service boys. We ordered food through Swiggy and had our food.."

Das Hotel stand komplett unter Wasser niemand hat sich gekümmert.Die Treppe war gefährlich rutschig. Kein Fahrstuhl. Kein Strom, kein Internet, kein Restaurant verfügbar. 
Im Zimmer gibt es kein Kaffe/Teeautomat wie es in der Beschreibung steht. Nachts schlafen Männer in der unfertigen Vorhalle unter Moskitonetzen. 
Um das Hotel eine Müllhalde, dazu der Gestank.
Nach 5 Tagen kam der Manager vorbei um Geld abzukassieren. Auf Ansprache, brüllte er uns an.
 Die Wäsche die wir anvertrauten kam mit heftigsten Flecken und Verfärbungen zudem auch noch feucht zurück."
