Org is auto-join as long as you self-identify as Ryan Gosling. New users start with the [contributor role](https://huggingface.co/docs/hub/organizations-security).  If you need organization-wide Write permissions for something, bother one of the admins (preferably not me) with your reason until they elevate your permissions.
