The contractors has been warned against non- completion and to hand over works in two months\u2019 time. Contractor warned against non-completion and instructed to renew time extension, work program and securities, which was still emphasized during the joint monitoring meeting held in the month of Oct/2023. \nRecommendation \nThe Accounting Officer should follow proper legal channels in cancelling the contract of the construction of Kyondo HCII given that the same contractor was awarded two constructions s of Kyondo and Buhanda.
